Pets are only allowed in there cages. We have the right to refuse pets if we are not informed about it when the journey has been booked. Guide dogs are always welcomed.
Sorry. Our vehicle are not wheelchair accessable. but in People carrier a folded wheel chair can be accomodated
Most of our drivers are Bi-Langual. We try to cater as much as we can but we cannot promise specific language speaking drivers.
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours 25% admin fee will apply. If you cancel within 24 Hours no refund will be given.
No Show will be charged at normal booking price and no refund will be allowed
